Job Description:

Title: Textile Expert

Pay: $9-$10.50/hour plus commissions

Department: Operations

Reports to: Office Manager and Restoration Specialist

Overall Responsibility: Perform steam cleaning, on-call restoration, customer education, sales and customer service

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Cleaning/steam cleaning of:
Carpet
Upholstery
Tile & grout
Mattresses
Automotive vehicles (fabric and/or leather)
Leather cleaning
Air duct cleaning
Dryer vent cleaning
Hardwood floor cleaning
Clean and maintain cleaning equipment and work vehicle
Customer education & sales -- additional services
Make appointment confirmation phone calls
Write handwritten follow up letters
On call 24/7 to handle emergency water damages
Attend and pass industry standard training and certification courses
Door to door sales -- hand out free spot removers and introduce our company and yourself
Provide free estimates
