Information from forms on this website
The contact form asks for a first name, a last name, an email address, a phone number, and a message. First name and email are required. Phone, last name, and the message can be left blank. The same form includes an optional checkbox for text messages, described below. Checking it is not required to send the form.
The email newsletter form in the footer asks for an email address only. It does not ask for a phone number.
Submissions from both forms are sent to us so we can reply, schedule work you asked about, and send the newsletter when you sign up. On this website that delivery goes through GoHighLevel (LeadConnector).
Housecall Pro chat and online booking
This site loads a Housecall Pro chat. What you type there is collected through that chat as well as by us. Request a Reservation and the online booking links leave this site for Housecall Pro's booking page. A name, phone number, email, address, and the job you describe may be collected there so a visit can be requested.
Text messages
If you check the box under the phone field, you agree to receive text messages from Jake's Certified Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Mobile information is not shared or sold to third parties for marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and it is not required to submit a form or to request a reservation.
If you do not check the box, we do not treat the form as consent to text you.
Cookies, the Google Ads tag, and session recording
This site uses cookies and similar identifiers. Each page loads the Google Ads tag AW-748830302. That tag can store a cookie and send Google a record that the page was viewed.
FullStory may record a session on this site, including pages opened, clicks, and scrolling, so the way the site is used can be reviewed.

You may appeal if a request is denied. We will not charge a different price or refuse a service because you made a request. To ask, use the phone or email in the contact section. We will respond as the Colorado Privacy Act requires.
